About the Artist

My love to draw and paint began when I was a child. Since then my passion has grown and continues to grow. My artistic expression has gone through many phases and has resulted in artwork that comes from from a personal love of all colors and detail. Creating art has always been therapeutic to me. I consider myself an introvert who's outlet is art. My artwork is loud, bright, and colorful; it includes pieces inspired a variety of subjects that include my daughter, animals, culture, music, and my hometown.

I have always considered creating art as a way of freeing yourself from being bound by any standards or expectations, where you can make the rules for what you create and how you express yourself.
